LESSONS FROM SURAH NUR

LESSONS FROM SURAH NUR

1. Allah’s wisdom is infinite while our reason is limited

In this day and age, you find many people, both Muslims and non-Muslims, who explain away certain injunctions prescribed by Allah SWT because rationally it doesn’t make sense to them. The question then comes to mind is that if both reason and revelation have the same source then why is there an apparent contradiction. The answer is that whether you like it or not, Allah has made your reason limited while Allah’s commands and prohibitions are from his infinite knowledge.

The best of mankind, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and the companions understood this very well, which is why he (SAW) mentioned many times, that he willed something in a particular matter but then Allah sent down revelation to the contrary to it and he (SAW) submitted wholheartedly, recognising Allah’s (SWT) infinite knowledge.

If the Best of mankind (SAW), though he has the purest reasoning, feels he needs to give up his reasoning
for Allah’s then where do we stand?

Surah Nur addresses one some injunctions which Muslims and non-Muslims find hard to accept socially – the hudood. It’s as if Allah knows from beforehand that this will be a stumbling block for some Muslims which is why He begins the Surah with “We have sent this Surah and made it obligatory upon you” and then after each command he repeats “And if it weren’t for the favour of Allah upon you”.

It’s a reminder that the One who loves you most dearly has revealed this command to you and not an enemy of yours, hence there must be some benefit in it for you. And some things have so much benefit that He makes it obligatory upon you. The Prophet (SAW) says in one hadith: “It is better for you to perform the Hadd (rules of Allah(SWT)) then for it to rain for 40 days consecutively.”

For those that explain away those injunctions which go against their intellect, Umar (RA) ascended the pulpit on one occasion and warned: “One of the things to be revealed to the Prophet (SAW) was the ayah of stoning which we have recited and understood. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) carried out the punishment of stoning and after him we did so. But I fear a time when some will say that they do not find the ayah of stoning in the book of Allah and they will go astray because they abandoned one of the obligations of Allah”.

2. Don’t underestimate the consequences of negative speech and thought.

Allah (SWT) deals with two main issues in this Surah: Hadd for Zina and slander. We see the consequences of negative speech through the Hadith of Ifk (accusation) against Aysha (RA).

The whole of the Madinan society was impacted for a whole month by a rumour initiated by one man. And such was the severity of it that Allah revealed guidance in the Quran relating to it for all future generations to take heed from. It had such an impact that even ]the Best of Mankind (SAW), who was always the best to his wives, couldn’t show his usual affection to Aysha (RA) and out of character, he even went to the pulpit and asked the people who would bring the false accuser to justice.

How many times have we read a social media post, a news article or heard a rumour which we have hastily forwarded on to everyone we know? Have we ever considered what impact this might have on those that are involved?

80 lashes are due on the person who, even if truthful, gives witness of having seen someone commit zina without three other people who have seen the actual act of penetration.

3. Difficulties in this world are not necessarily punishments.

One of the key lessons we learn from the verses related to the slander against Aysha (RA) is that not all difficulties are punishments in this world. Despite the hurt and grief the Prophet (SAW), Aysha (RA) and the Muslims felt during this trial Allah (SWT) assures them that “Consider it not a bad thing for you. Nay, it is good for you”.

As stated in the first point, it’s very rare that we will we see the true reality of trials and tribulations in our life. Using our limited intellect let’s see some of the benefits that came out of this trial:

The most significant benefit that came from this was that Allah sent down guidance for the whole of humanity on how to deal with issues of slander/false witness.

Aysha (RA)’s purity was confirmed from the heavens and this will be reaffirmed for as long as the Quran is read.

Through this incident it became clear who had ill intentions towards the Muslims in Madina. Hence the Muslims knew who to be careful of going forward.

Laws don’t make people better Muslims, rather, strengthening the will of the people does. The hudood grab all the headlines in today’s news and conversations about Islam yet it comprises less than 0.1% of the Quran and the Shariah. And further to that, if we take the hadd for zina, Allah makes it close to impossible to punish someone based on witnesses. In fact, throughout Islamic history no one has been punished by 4 witnesses coming forward, rather hadd has always been carried out through self-confession.

LEVELS OF SALAH

LEVELS OF SALAH

Do you sometimes feel that your Salah (prayer) is not quite having the effect it is supposed to have on you and your life? Have you ever considered that perhaps it is because we are not giving it its due justice? It seems we have lost (or were never taught) that ability to *connect* in Salah that makes all the difference in its effect on us.

We know, that performing Salah restricts us from evil deeds but we see so many people praying and getting back to evil deeds. We need to ponder upon this. We have to see is our Salah Perfect? Are we fulfilling its rights? If we don’t feel like not doing sins after our Salah then surely we have a problem within our Salah

The Prophet ﷺ said: A person may offer a prayer and nothing of it is recorded for him except one tenth of it, one ninth of it, one eighth of it, one seventh of it, one sixth of it, one fifth of it, one quarter of it, one third of it, or half of it.” (Narrated by Ahmad, Classed as Hasan)

The scholars say that this is based on how mindful we are in our prayer and how we fight against the whispers of Shaytaan.

Ibn-Al-Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullaah) said: And mankind, with regard to their performance of prayer are in five levels:

Level 5: The level of the one who is negligent and wrongs his soul: He is the one who falls short in performing wudhoo (ablution) properly, performing the prayer upon its time and within its specified limits, and in fulfilling its essential pillars.

Level 4: The one who guards his prayers upon their proper times and within their specified limits, fulfills their essential pillars and performs his wudhoo with care. However, his striving (in achieving the above) is wasted due to whispering in his prayer so he is taken away by thoughts and ideas.

Level 3: The one who guards his prayers within the specified limits, fulfills their essential pillars and strives with himself to repel the whispering, thoughts and ideas. He is busy struggling against his enemy (Shaytaan) so that he does not steal from the prayer. On account of this he is engaged in (both) prayer and jihaad (against his nafs).

Level 2: The one who stands for the prayer, completes and perfects its due rights, its essential pillars, performs it within its specified limits and his heart becomes engrossed in safeguarding its rights and specified limits, so that nothing is wasted from it. His whole concern is directed towards its establishment, its completion and its perfection, as it should be. His heart is immersed in the prayer and in enslavement to his Lord the Exalted.

Level 1: The one who stands for the prayer like the one mentioned above. However, on top of this, he has taken and placed his heart in front of his Lord Azzawajall, looking towards Him with his heart with anticipation, (his heart) filled with His love and His might, as if he sees and witnesses Allaah. The whisperings, thoughts and ideas have vanished and the coverings which are between him and his Lord are raised. What is between this person and others with respect to the prayer, is superior and greater than what is between the heavens and the earth. This person is busy with his Lord Azzawajall, delighted with Him.

 The Level 5 type will be "PUNISHED",

The Level 4 type will be "HELD TO ACCOUNT",

The Level 3 type will have his sins and shortcomings "EXPIATED",

The Level 2 type will be REWARDED

and

The Level 1 i.e. The Top Level will be CLOSE TO HIS LORD, because he will receive the portion of the one who makes his prayer the delight and pleasure of his eye. Whoever makes his prayer, the delight and pleasure of his eye, will have the nearness to his Lord Azzawajall made the delight and pleasure of his eye in the hereafter. He will also be made a pleasure to the eye in this world since whoever makes Allaah the pleasure of his eye in this world, every other eye will become delighted and pleased with him. (Source: Al-Waabil us-Sayyib)

Now think about this, what level do you think YOU ARE IN?

Are you SURE?

Could be better, right?

The "MINIMUM LEVEL" we SHOULD be on is "LEVEL 3" but are we sure we strive enough to stay focused in our Salah? Or do we just get carried away with the whispers of Shaytaan?

This is kinda scary.

A true fight to the finish.

Duaas at the time of calamity

Duaa’s that we can say at times of calamity and tribulation, such as war and the kaafirs’ attacks against Muslims?

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to seek refuge with Allaah a great deal from trials and tribulations, as it says in the hadeeth of Zayd ibn Thaabit that the
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Seek refuge with Allaah from trials and tribulations, both visible and hidden.” Narrated by Muslim, 2867.

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) that
the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “My Lord came to me tonight in the most beautiful form…” and in this hadeeth he said that Allaah said, “O Muhammad, when you pray, then say: ‘Allaahumma inni as’aluka fi’l al-khayraat wa tark al-munkaraat, wa hubb al-masaakeen, wa an taghfira li wa tarhamani wa tatooba ‘alayya. Wa in aradta bi ‘ibaadika fitnatan, faqbidni ilayka ghayra maftoon
(O Allaah, I ask You (to enable me) to do good deeds and avoid evil deeds, and to love the poor, and (I ask You) to forgive me, have mercy on me and accept my repentance. If You will that some trial should befall Your slaves, then take me to You [i.e., cause me to die] without having subjected to that trial).” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3233;
al-Albaani said of this hadeeth in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb (408), it is saheeh li ghayrihi.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to seek refuge from trials and tribulations because when they come they do not befall the wrongdoers only, rather they befall everyone. It is a good idea to acquaint ourselves with the ahaadeeth that mention dhikrs which have to do with trials and tribulations and disasters, so that we may call upon Allaah with these words and spread this knowledge and memorize whatever we can of them… and understand their meanings so that we can worship Allaah by means of them, because they are the greatest words that can be spoken in these circumstances.

1 – Abu Burdah ibn ‘Abd-Allaah narrated from his father that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was afraid of some people he would say, “Allaahumma inna naj’aluka fi nuhoorihim wa na’oodhu bika min shuroorihim (O Allaah, we place You before them and we seek refuge in You from their evil).”

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 1537; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 1360.

2 – It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say at times of distress: “Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah al-‘Azeem al-Haleem, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah Rabb al-‘Arsh al-‘azeem, la ilaaha ill-Allaah Rabb ul-samawaati wa Rabb ul-ard wa Rabb ul-‘Arsh il-kareem (There is no god but Allaah, the All-Powerful, the Forbearing; there is no god but Allaah, Lord of the mighty Throne; there is no god but Allaah, Lord of heaven, Lord of earth, and Lord of the noble Throne).”

Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6345; Muslim, 2730.

3 – The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The words of relief are: Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah al-‘Azeem al-Haleem, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah Rabb al-‘Arsh al-‘azeem, la ilaaha ill-Allaah Rabb ul-samawaati wa Rabb ul-ard wa Rabb ul-‘Arsh il-kareem (There is no god but Allaah, the All-Powerful, the Forbearing; there is no god but Allaah, Lord of the mighty Throne; there is no god but Allaah, Lord of heaven, Lord of earth, and Lord of the noble Throne).”

Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer wa Ziyaadatuhu, 4571.

4 – When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went on a military campaign he would say, ‘Allaahumma anta ‘adudi wa anta naseeri wa bika uqaatil (O Allaah, You are my help and You are my support and by Your help I fight).”

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3584; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi, 2836.

5 – The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Shall I not tell you of something that, if any worldly calamity or disaster befalls any man among you and he says these words, he will be relieved of it. (It is) the du’aa’ of Dhu’l-Noon: “Laa ilaaha illa anta subhaanaka inni kuntu min al-zaalimeen (none has the right to be worshipped but You (O Allaah), Glorified (and Exalted) be You [above all that (evil) they associate with You]! Truly, I have been of the wrongdoers).” According to another report: “No Muslim man says this du’aa’ concerning anything but Allaah will answer his prayer.”

Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer wa Ziyaadatuhu, 2065

6 – The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to teach his Sahaabah to say these words when they felt afraid: “A’oodhu bi kalimaat-illaah il-taammati min ghadabihi wa min sharri ‘ibaadihi wa min hamazaat al-shayaateeni wa an yahduroon (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allaah from His wrath and from the evil of His slaves and from the evil promptings of the devils and from their presence).”

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 3893; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 3294.

7 – The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The du’aa’ of the person who is in distress is: ‘Allaahumma rahmataka arjoo fa laa takilni ilaa nafsi tarfat ‘ayn wa aslih li sha’ni kullahu laa ilaaha illa anta (O Allaah, for Your mercy I hope, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for the blink of an eye; rectify all my affairs. There is no god except You)’”

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 5090; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 4246.

8 – If some matter was troubling him, he would say, Yaa Hayyu yaa Qayyoom bi rahmatika astagheeth (O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek Your help).” According to another report: “If some matter worried him or distressed him.”

Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer, 4791.

9 – The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: to Asma’ bint ‘Umays, “Shall I not teach you some words which you can say at times of distress and hardship? ‘Allaahu rabbee laa ushriku bihi shay’an (Allaah is my Lord, I do not associate anything with Him).’”

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 1525; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 1349.

According to a version narrated in al-Saheeh al-Jaami’, “Whoever is afflicted by worry, distress, sickness or hardship, and says, Allaahu rabbee laa shareeka lah (Allaah is my Lord, He has no partner or associate), will be relieved of that.”

And there are other ahaadeeth which will have a positive effect in times of tribulation and fear, bringing peace of mind and physical safety, and drawing one closer to Allaah… We should be content with that which has been narrated in saheeh reports from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), for that is sufficient and we have no need to reports that are not sound. This is better.

May Allah protect us from the trials and calamities and have mercy upon us. Aameen

Zina

Zina within Marriage

~Dont be scared to read through~

A married Muslim has no reason to commit Zina for the following reasons:

1. Zina is filthy, and Islam dislikes filth. Imagine laying down with someone despite having a spouse at home waiting for you to return? That's filth...

Zina Imagine telling your kids "don't commit zina", but you hide and do the same act with someone else's mother, sister or daughter. That's filth...

1.2. Imagine opening your privacy in front of someone other than your legitimate spouse. Where will you take the shame? Allah is watching you... The Angels are bearing withness, my dear.

2. Zina is dirty - People who commit Zina in marriage can go beyond Zina. They can commit any dirty act; bcos Zina is the highest form of dirt.

2.1. Sexual intimacy with non-mahram partner exposes you to insecurity. But you do it anyway - despite the saying of the prophet "Shyness is part of imam." When you undress and intimate a stranger or non-maharam, where do you keep your shyness?

2.2. unwanted pregnancies happen. At times people catch STDs and infect their spouses. That's dirty. Where is your sanity when you did that? How do u justify aborting an unwanted pregnancy, now from committing Zina to committing murder...Astaghfirullah!

3. Zina has fitnah in it - When you commit Zina you open yourself to the following:

3.1. Poverty - Scholars said, any man who is committing Zina, his sustenance is going down. But if he is lucky and his sustenance goes up, it means, Allah is letting him gain a lot in Dunya, but in akhirah, he will be the poorest of all.

3.2. Curse - When you commit Zina, you live in the curse of Allah and his Angels. And this curse not only affects you, but it affects people around you, especially friends.

3.3. Wrath of Allah - One of the biggest sins in the eyes of Allah is Zina. It is so big that Allah instructs killing (stoning) against a married person who commits it. Shirk is the greatest sin, but Allah didn't instruct killing. So imagine the sin of Zina.

4. Reward of Abstaining from it - This is more reason why you should not go near Zina.

4.1. In Jannah, Allah promises to give you everything you desire. So you can desire women or men. And they will be given to you. Allah describes the men and women of Jannah as nothing more beautiful than them in the whole world.

4.2. Abstaining from it means you are patient. The reward of patience is this. In the day of judgement, patient people will be sheltered under the throne of Allah when others will be under the sun and its burning.

In conclusion, If you think of Zina ever again, then remember these points:

1. Committing the acts goes against Allah and his Prophet - Going against them is a sign of disrespect and dislove. If you truly love Allah and His Prophet then abstain from Zina.

2. Zina comes with no respect and dignity. Even the people of Jahiliyyah knew this. Abu Bakr says "I am proud to say that I never commit Zina or drink alcohol during jahiliyyah period."

3. The Messenger says "Do not do onto others what you dont want others to do onto you." Zina with someone's daughter or sister or mother is an invitation to someone to commit the same act with your daughter or mother or sister.

4. If you do it and things are still ok in terms of sustenance, then you should know, Allah is setting a trap for you.

5. Last point, what if death is what comes after you committed your last Zina? What if you die while doing it? What if immediately after doing it without performing ghusl, you die?

Dear repent now - Don't wait and don't think about it, just repent now before it is too late. Who knows when death comes.

May Allah save our souls from Zina.
Aameen

Ways of Expressing Love to Your Parents

13 Ways of Expressing Love to Your Parents

Your parents are blessings that you must cherish. Little were you when they were fending for your needs so as to keep you sustained. No matter how minute their contributions in your life might be at this moment, they have their due rights as long as they are not calling towards anything Haram.

Rights of Parents According to the Quran and Sunnah:

1️⃣ Show respect

"And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age with you, say not to them , “uff,” and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. [Quran; 17:23]

2️⃣ Be kind (Good Treatment)

Abu Huraira reported that a person said: Allah’s Messenger, who amongst the people is most deserving of my good treatment? He said: Your mother, again your mother, again your mother, then your father, then your nearest relatives according to the order (of nearness). [Muslim 2548b]
“The best of’ the deeds or deed is the (observance of) prayer at its proper time and kindness to the parents.”[Sahih Muslim 85 e]

3️⃣ Behave in a way that won’t displease them

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The Lord’s pleasure is in the parent’s pleasure, and the Lord’s anger is in the parent’s anger.”[Tirmidhi 1899]
This connection between Allah’s pleasure and the parent’s pleasure is a sure reason for you to increase your reverence for your parents. Knowing that the Lord’s anger is in your parent’s anger should make you want to gain your parent’s love using all good ways.

4️⃣ Be obedient (as long as it doesn’t contradict Quran and Sunnah)

The Messenger of Allah said: The major sins are: Associating others with Allah (Shirk), disobeying one’s parents, killing a soul (murder) and speaking falsely.'” [Sunan an-Nasa’i 4010]
Remember that Allah is the One who has commanded you to obey your parents. You must, however, not obey them to disobey Allah. When your parents command you to do something which is sinful to Allah such as shirk (disbelief in Allah) and other related things, then you are not obliged to obey them in this regard.
But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me . Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. [QURAN; 31:15]

5️⃣ Show humility towards them

Respecting your parents, looking at them with affection, being humble with them, and talking to them with a gentle voice and with kind words are what lowering the wing of humility means…
And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy…” [Quran; 17:24]
Islam has prohibited arrogance and it will even be more disdained when directed to the parents. For this reason, you must show love to your parents by not behaving with them in a patronizing manner. Arrogance towards parents can easily creep into a child’s heart at some point in life, especially when Allah might endow the child with more financial means and knowledge than the parents. Always remember that you’ve come to this world through them.

6️⃣ Spend on them / Serve them

“May the man before whom I am mentioned – and he does not send Salat upon me – be humiliated. And may a man upon whom Ramadan enters and then passes, before he is forgiven, be humiliated. And may a man whose parents reached old age in his presence, and they were not a cause for his entrance to Paradise (by being dutiful to them), be humiliated.” [Tirmidhi 3545]
A good way of showing love to your parents is to spend whatever you have on them. House them in a befitting residence as you’re capable of, feed them with the best of foods, clothe them, and take good care of them as you would take care of yourself.

7️⃣ Show your gratitude

Always appreciate your parents through your words and actions.
Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the destination. [Quran; 31:14]

8️⃣ Make them smile

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that a man came to the Prophet and said: “I have come pledging to emigrate (Hijrah), and I have left my parents weeping.” He said: “Go back to them, and make them smile as you made them weep.” [Sunan an-Nasa’i 4163]

9️⃣ Show physical affection

 …When the Prophet came to her (Fatima رضي الله عنها‎), she stood up for him, took his hand, made him welcome, kissed him, and made him sit in her place … [Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 971]

🔟 Do not abuse them

Abusing one’s parents is one of the major sins. They (the hearers) said: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), does a man abuse his parents too? He (the Holy Prophet (ﷺ)) replied: Yes, one abuses the father of another man, who in turn abuses his father. One abuses his mother and he in turn abuses his (the former’s) mother. [Muslim]

1️⃣1️⃣ Connect with those they love (Relatives/Friends)

This is just the beauty of the child-parent love in Islam. The love you show your parents would not even be restricted to them alone; rather, it would extend to those they love.
‘Abdullah bin Umar reported Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: The finest act of goodness is that a person should treat kindly the loved ones of his father. [Muslim]

In another hadith, The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The maternal aunt holds the same status as the mother.”[Tirmidhi]

1️⃣2️⃣ Seek their duas

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Three supplications are answered without doubt. The supplication of the oppressed, the supplication of the traveller, and the supplication of the parent…” [Riyad as-Salihin 980]

1️⃣3️⃣ Make dua for them

One of the very beautiful way of showing love to your Muslim brother or sister is to pray for him or her when not present. This way of showing love is even much more beautiful in regards to your parents. You should pray for them when they are alive and when they’re no more.
“…and say, “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up small.” [Quran; 17:24]

Conclusion: Discussions about the parents is a lengthy one, but the crux of this piece is to show love to your parents by being dutiful to them. You must be of best conduct with them. Also, you should pray for them when they are alive and deceased. They are your hidden treasures, and, when you as a Muslim successfully imbibe all good lessons commanded as regards to them, you are treading the path of Jannah in shaa Allah.

It was narrated that Abu Usaid, Malik bin Rabi’ah, said: “While we were with the Prophet(ﷺ), a man from the Banu Salamah came to him and said: ” O messenger of Allah, is there anyway of honoring my parents that I can still do for them after they die?’ He said: “ Yes offering the funeral prayer for them, praying for forgiveness for them, fulfilling their promises after their death, honoring their freinds and upholding the ties of kinship which you would not have were it nor for them. '” [Ibn Majah 3664]

What are the six articles of faith in Islam?

What are the six articles of faith in Islam?

There are six pillars of Faith in Islam:

1. Belief in Allah (God),

2. Belief in His Angels,

3. Belief in His Books,

4. Belief in His Messengers,

5. Belief in the Last Day, and:

6. Belief in the Divine Preordainment and Divine Decree (Qadhaa' and Qadr).

1- Belief in Allah:

This article means to believe that Allah is the One God, to whom worship is due; that He is the Creator and the Sustainer of everything; that it is He who gives life and causes death, and that He is Unique in His Names and Attributes.

Allah is the name of the essence of the only true God who exists by
necessity and deserves all the praise. Hence, He prefers it to the rest of
His names, extolled be His glory. It is this name – Allah- out of all the
names that combines all attributes of perfection. Allah is One and
Unique. He has neither a wife, a son, a partner, nor an equal. He is the
sole Creator and the Rubb of the universe.
Believing in Allah means believing in His Oneness, in HisRuboobiyah,
Uloohiyyah and His names and attributes.
A believer loves and is grateful to Allah for His bounties, but being aware
of the fact that this good deeds, whether mental or physical, are far from
being commensurate with Divine favours, he is always anxious lest
because of his sins Allah should withhold from him some of these favours or punish him in the Hereafter. He therefore fears Him, surrenders himself
to Him, and serves Him with great humility.

(And your Allah is One Allah. There is no god but He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. - 2:163 )

Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory). - 2:255)

(Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal. - 3:2)

(He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. - 3:6)

(There is no god but He: That is the witness of Allah, His angels, and those endued with knowledge, standing firm on justice. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Power, the Wise. - 3:18 )

(That is Allah, your Lord! there is no god but He, the Creator of all things: then worship ye Him: and He hath power to dispose of all affairs. - 6:102)

(We sent Noah to his people. He said: "O my people! worship Allah. ye have no other god but Him. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful day! - 7:59)

2 - Belief in His Angels:

Allah has created the angels from light. They are honorable slaves of Allah; they obey Him and execute His Commands; Allah describes them by saying: "…They do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded." [Quran: 66:6]

Allah created them to worship Him, and only Allah knows how many they are in number. Among them are:

- Jibreel (Gabriel) who is charged with delivering Divine revelations to the Prophets and Messengers of Allah,

- Meekaa'eel (Michael) who is charged with sending the rain,

- The Angel of Death who is charged with collecting human souls,

- The bearers of the Throne of Allah and

- The guards of Paradise and Hell.

Besides these, there are angels who guard humans, others who record people's deeds and utterances, and still others who are charged with various other duties and tasks.

“(Remember) that the two receivers
(recording angels) receive (each human being
after he or she has attained the age of
puberty), one sitting on the right and one on
the left (to note his or her actions). Not a
word does he (or she) utter but there is a
watcher by him ready (to record it).
{Surah Qaf (50), ay'at 17-18}

3 - Belief in His Books:

Belief in His Books is believing that Allah the Exalted did in reality reveal Books to His Messengers to convey them to their people. Those Books comprise the Speech of Allah. These were doubtlessly pure at the point of revelation, and whenever a Book or Scripture was revealed, it abrogated the preceding one. The known Divine Scriptures are:

1. The Torah, the Book that Allah revealed to Moosa (Moses), may Allah exalt his mention.

2. The Psalms, the Book revealed to Daawood (David), may Allah exalt his mention.

3. The Gospel, revealed to 'Eesa (Jesus), may Allah exalt his mention.

The Books in the hands of the Christians and Jews today, that is the Torah and the Bible with the Old and the New Testaments, are not authentic because they have been distorted, altered and tampered with. Moreover, they have been abrogated by the last of Allah's Books, the Quran.

Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy -
(Quran 14:1)٭

The Qur'an introduces itself as the guidance for the worlds (3:96); and the manifest light (4:174).

According to Qur’an, Allah has laid down solution of every human problem in the Qur’an very clearly. Qur’an says: “and We have revealed the Book to you explaining clearly everything (16:89).

Also He has described the Qur'an in these words: “ ....... a guidance for mankind and clear evidence of guidance and discrimination (between wrong)”. (2:185).

Allah says: “And (as for) those who strive hard for Us, We will most certainly guide them onto Our ways”. (29:69).

“A Book We have sent down to you so that you may bring forth mankind from the darkness into the light......”. (14:1)

That you may bring forth your people from the darkness into the light ...” (14:5)

This is the book, in it is guidance for sure without doubt, to those who fear Allah”. (2:2)

“They are invited to the book of Allah to settle their dispute”. (3:23)

“We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) in truth so that you might judge between men as guided by Allah”. (4:105).

“And this is a book which We have revealed as a blessing, so follow it and be righteous, that you may receive mercy”. (6:155).

“A book revealed unto you, so that your heart be not in any difficulty on that account, (so that) with it you may warn (the sinful) and teach the believers”. (7:2).

“This Qur’an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah, on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that were sent before it, and a full explanation of the book, wherein there is not doubt from the Lord of the worlds”. (10:37)

“And We sent down the book to you for the express purpose that you should make clear to them those things in which they differ, and so that it should be a guide and mercy to those who believe”. (16:64).

“We have revealed for you (O men) a book in which there is a message for you, will you then not understand”. (21:10).

“These are the verses of the book that make things clear”. (26:2).

“... A book which We have sent down unto you with full of blessings so that they may meditate on its signs and that man of understanding may receive admonition”. (38:29).

“Verily We have revealed the book to you in truth for instructing mankind. He that receives guidance benefits his own soul, but he that strays injures his own soul”. (39:41).

4 - Belief in His Messengers:

Muslims attest that Allah did send Messengers to every nation inviting them to worship Him Alone. This belief also entails denouncing all gods that are worshipped besides Allah or instead of Him, and that all Messengers were truthful and discharged their duty in the best manner. Allah sent many messengers, and only Allah knows how many. It is incumbent upon all Muslims to believe in all the Prophets and Messengers. He who denies one of them denies all. The first messenger that Allah had sent to mankind was Nooh (Noah), may Allah exalt his mention and the last one was Muhammad  sallallaahu  `alayhi  wa  sallam ( may  Allah exalt his mention ). Allah says (what means): {And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying]: 'Worship Allah and avoid Taaghoot (i.e., false deities)...} [Quran: 16:36]

All Prophets and Messengers were human beings. Allah distinguished them by commissioning them as Prophets and Messengers and supported them with miracles. They had no Divine qualities, and had no access to the Unseen world. However, Allah sent Prophet Muhammad  sallallaahu  `alayhi  wa  sallam ( may  Allah exalt his mention ) to all mankind; Allah says (what means): {Say [O Muhammad]: 'O mankind! I am the Messenger of Allah to you all....'} [Quran: 7:158]

 Muhammad(Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)
the father of any of your men, but he
is the Messenger of Allâh and the last
(end) of the Prophets. And Allâh is
Ever AllAware of everything
{Surah al-Ahzab (33), ayah 40}

No son (or offspring) did Allâh beget,
nor is there any ilâh (god) along with
Him. (If there had been many gods),
then each god would have taken away
what he had created, and some would
have tried to overcome others! Glorified
be Allâh above all that they attribute to
Him!
{Surah al-Mu'minun (23), ayah 91}

5 - Belief in the Last Day:

Muslims attest to the truth of everything Allah or His Messenger  sallallaahu  `alayhi  wa  sallam ( may  Allah exalt his mention ) said about death. Allah has not created His creation in vain. He created men and jinn to worship Him and promised paradise as a reward to those who obey Him and His Messengers, and promised Hellfire to those who disobey Him or His Messengers. He has set a certain period for the whole universe, whose end will be the Final Hour. During the Final Hour, humans will be questioned about their deeds in this world. Those deeds will be weighed for them. One whose good deeds overweigh his evil deeds will prosper, while him whose bad deeds outweigh his good ones will be condemned to Hellfire - unless he died in the state of Islam. Then, Allah would either forgive him or punish him, and eventually he would enter paradise. Islam is the precondition for the acceptance of any good deed.

The Description of Paradise:

Paradise, or Jannah in Arabic, is the abode that Allah has prepared for believers. It holds means of everlasting bliss that no eyes have ever seen, no ears have heard of and no human has imagined. In it are pure female mates, rivers of milk, rivers of wine, rivers of pure honey and every kind of delicious fruit and meat. Its residents will not experience exhaustion, boredom or death.

The Description of Hell:

Hellfire is the abode that Allah has prepared for the infidels who deny Him and His Messengers. Its food is intolerantly bitter, and its drink is the pus exuding from the skins of its inmates. Its depth is unfathomable. The infidels and the hypocrites will live in it forever.

"O people! if you are in doubt about the raising, then surely We created you from dust, then from a small seed, then from a clot, then from a lump of flesh, complete in make and incomplete, that We may make clear to you; and We cause what We please to stay in the wombs till an appointed time, then We bring you forth as babies, then that you may attain your maturity; and of you is he who is caused to die, and of you is he who is brought back to the worst part of life, so that after having knowledge he does not know anything; and you see the earth sterile land, but when We send down on it the water, it stirs and swells and brings forth of every kind a beautiful herbage. This is because Allah is the Truth and because He gives life to the dead and because He has power over all things. And because the hour is coming, there is no doubt about it; and because Allah shall raise up those who are in the graves. (22:5-7)

Neither your creation nor your raising is anything but as a single soul… (31:28)

Do not these think that they shall be raised again, for a mighty day, the day on which men shall stand before the Lord of the worlds? (83:4-6)

Allah, there is no god but He – He will most certainly gather you together on the resurrection day, there is no doubt in it; and who is more true in word than Allah? (4:87)

6 - Belief in the Divine Preordainment and Divine Decrees (Qadhaa' and Qadr):

Doom (Qadhaa') is the general Decree of Allah that every human shall die, whereas a Divine Decree (Qadr) is a particular Decree of Allah or the execution of Qadhaa', that a certain person is to die at a particular time and place. Hence, believing in this article entails believing that Allah has created everything and has foreordained its proper measure.

The Facets of Qadr:

1. Allah is well acquainted with everything taking place, and His Knowledge encompasses everything.

2. Allah has pre-assigned portions of everything in the Preserved Tablet.

3. Nothing takes place in the heavens or on the earth without the Will of Allah and His Wish. Whatever Allah wills, takes place and whatever He  does not will, does not take place.

4. Allah is the Creator of all things. There is no other creator beside Him.

Allah says, “Don’t you know that Allah knows all that is in heaven and on earth? Verily, it is all in the Book. Verily, that is easy for Allah” (22:70)

, “No calamity occurs on the earth or among yourselves but it is inscribed in the Book [of Decrees] before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is easy for Allah” (57:22).

“And with Him are the keys of the Unseen. None knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is on the earth and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but he knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record” (6:59).

“Allah has created everything” (39:62). Another verse states, “Verily, We created all things with Divine Pre-ordainment” (54:49).

Trails

♻️ This World: Home of Trials and Afflictions

وَجَعَلْنَا بَعْضَكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ فِتْنَةً أَتَصْبِرُونَ ۗ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ بَصِيرًا

{And We have made some of you [people] as trial for others - will you have patience? And ever is your Lord, Seeing.} [Surah al-Furqaan (25): 20]

Shaikh al-Sadee رحمه الله said:
"This home (world) is the home of Trials, Afflictions, and Test." [Tafseer al-Sadee]

Indeed, this world is a Fitnah, where one person becomes a trial for the other:

1. Father becoming trial for his child: Aazar, the father of Ibraaheem عليه السلام.

2. Child becoming trial for his father: the son of Nooh عليه السلام.

3. Brother becoming trial for his brother: the brothers of Yusuf عليه السلام.

4. Wife becoming trial for her husband: the wife of Nooh عليه السلام and the wife Loot عليه السلام.

5. Husband becoming trial for his wife: Fir`aun (Pharaoh) for his wife Aasiah.

6. The Prophets and Messengers becoming trial for the people.

7. People becoming trial for the Prophets.

In a long Hadeeth, the Prophet ﷺ said: "Allaah تعالى said: {And I have sent you (O Muhammad) in order to put you to test and put (the people to test) through you}" [Saheeh Muslim (2865)]

7. The disobedient becoming trial for the obedient.

8. The rich becoming trial for the poor.

9. People with eye sight becoming trial for the blind.

10. People with hair becoming trial for the bald.

11. People with beauty becoming trial for the others.

12. People with certain skin color becoming trial for the others.

13. Men becoming trial for the women.

14. Women becoming trial for the men.

15. The young becoming trial for the old.

The Prophet ﷺ said: "The heart of an old person feels young for the love of two things: love for long life and wealth." [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim, and the wording is his]

16. The cheaters becoming trial for the honest.

17. People upon falsehood becoming trial for the people upon Truth.

Forgotten Sunnan

Forgotten Sunnan

A Compilation of Some Neglected Sunan, by Shaykh Al-Albaani

here are some abandoned Sunan that are missing among many people of today. consider them carefully and try to practice them in order to get the rewards in this life and the next:

1. Salaatud-Dhuhaa: and especially during the time when the sun is very hot. Allaah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: The prayer of those who are penitent is observed when your weaned camels feel the heat of the sun.[Muslim]

2. Lengthening the time of uplifting after Rukoo’ and the time of sitting between the two prostrations. This is clear in the hadeeth narrated by Anas (radiAllaahu ‘anhu) who said: “I spare no effort to make the Salaat of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) amongst you and (teach) you (to) offer it as I saw him offering it amongst us.“ He (Anas) said: “The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) did something which is missing amongst you. He used to stand after the bowing for such a long time that one would think that he had forgotten, and he used to sit in between the prostrations so long that one would think that he had forgotten the second prostration.“ [Bukhaaree]

3. Performing the Iq’aa (setting up one’s feet (on the toes) placing the buttocks on the heels) while sitting between the two prostrations. It is narrated from Abee Zubair that he heard Tawoos saying: We asked Ibn ‘Abbaas (radiAllaahu ‘anhumma) about Iq’aa, and he said: “This is the Sunnah.” [Muslim]

This Iq’aa is different from the one warned against, wherein the man sits placing his buttocks on the ground and setting up his feet on the toes.

4. Du’aa after the final Tashahud and before the (Tasleem) salutation ending the prayer. It is desirable to do so, invoking for what one wishes of the good of this life and the next. The Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said to his Companions when he taught them how to say the Tashahud: “Then he (the one praying) may choose what pleases him of supplication and offer it.” [Muslim]

5. Offering Salaatun-Nafl at home. This Sunnah is proved by the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Umar (radiAllaahu ‘anhumma) who said: The Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Offer some of your prayers (Nawafil) at home, and do not take your houses as graveyards.” [Bukhaaree]

Ibn al-Qayyim (d. 751H, rahimahullaah) said in his book Za’adul-Ma’aad: “And he (the Prophet) would offer all of the Sunan and the voluntary prayers at home, especially the two Rak’at of Maghrib which he was not reported to have done in the mosque.”

6. Offering the voluntary prayers on the horse back (this nowadays includes the car and all the modern means of transportations). ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Umar would offer the voluntary prayer during travel on his horseback. Wheresoever it went (in whatever the direction the horse went), he would make an indication with his head (indicating ruku’s, sujood, etc.). He (Ibn ‘Umar) said that the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) did the same.

7. Reciting Soorat al-Ikhlaas and al-Kafiroon in the optional Fajr (the two rak’ahs before the obligatory Fajr prayer). Aboo Hurairah (radiAllaahu ‘anhu) said: “The Prophet would recite during the two rak’ah of Fajr: Say (oh Muhammad to them): Oh disbelievers…(Soorat al-Kafiroon) and Say (oh Muhammad to them): He is Allaah, The One…(Soorat al-Ikhlaas).“

8. Offering two-rak’ah prayer by the one who returns back from a journey and before he meets his family.

Jaabir ibn ‘Abdullaah (radiAllaahu ‘anhumma) reported: “The Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) bought a camel from me. When he came back to Madina, he ordered me to come to the mosque and observed two rak’ah of prayer.“

Imaam Nawawee (d. 676H, rahimahullaah), explaining this hadeeth, said: “This hadeeth encourages for offering two rak’ah in the mosque immediately after arriving from a journey.“

9. Offering prayers between Maghrib and ‘Ishaa:

It is narrated from Hudhaifah (radiAllaahu ‘anhu), who said: “I came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and offered the Maghrib prayer with him, and then he continued praying untill ‘Ishaa.” [Saheeh Ibn Hibbaan]

10. Going to bed after making the ablution:
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (radiAllaahu ‘anhu), who said: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who goes to bed Taahiran (pure; purified from ritual impurities by means of wudu` or ghusl) after making ablution, then an angel shall sleep under his quilt invoking Allaah: ‘Oh Allaah: Forgive the sins of your servant so-and-so, for he slept pure.‘ The angel would do so at any moment the sleeping person wakes up during his sleep.“ [The Hadeeth is Hasan, as-Silsilah as-Saheehah no. 2539]

11. Offering prayers with one’s shoes on:

This is a neglected sunnah that can hardly be seen nowadays, and not to mention that if you see someone doing so, you might (sadly, ignorantly) disapprove of what he did.

It was narrated from Shaddaad bin ‘Aws that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: Act differently than the Jews, for they do not offer prayers with their shoes and slippers on. [The Hadeeth is Saheeh, Saheehul-Jami' no. 3210]

In this Hadeeth, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) commanded his Companions and then us to offer prayers with shoes on.

It was also narrated from Sa’eed Ibn Zaid (radiAllaahu ‘anhu) that he said: I said to Anas Ibn Malik (radiAllaahu ‘anhu): Did the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) offer prayers while he had his shoes on? He (Anas) said: “Yes.” [Bukhaaree]

12. Not to offer the nafal (the voluntary prayer) after the obligatory prayer except after he speaks or changes his place.

Mu’aawiyyah (radiAllaahu ‘anhu) narrated: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ordered them not to attach a prayer to another until they speak or leave (their place).[Reported by Muslim]

Abu Hurairah (radiAllaahu ‘anhu) narrated: The Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: When it is Friday, the Angels stand at every door of the mosque and write down the names in the order of their arrival. When the Imaam sits on the pulpit for delivering the Khutbah, they fold up their sheets (record book) and listen to the Dhikr. The early comer is like one who offered a she-camel as a sacrifice, the next like one who offered a cow, the next a ram, the next a chicken, the next an egg.[Saheeh Muslim (7/406)]

Dua for corona virus

All praises are due unto Allah alone.

Durood and Salaams be upon Sayedina Muhammed Sallallahu alayhi wasallam.

DUA for protection from dreadful diseases/Corona Virus:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ، وَالْجُنُونِ، وَالْجُذَامِ، وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ

ALLAHUMMA INNI AUDHUBIKA MINAL BARASI, WAL JUNOONI, WAL JUZAAMI, WA MIN SAYYIL ASQAAM

Oh Allah! I seek Your refuge from leprosy, Insanity, mutilation and from all serious illness.

EVERYONE STEALING FROM JUST ABOUT ANYONE ...Says Maulana Khalid Dhorat

Morality, religion and values have not only flown out of the window, but it seems that the ceiling has cracked wide open and all traces of shame, decency and Allah-consciousness has simply evaporated into thin air. We are indeed witnessing the time wherein Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم predicted that trustworthy people will be so rare that they will be counted on one's fingers.

The level of theft, fraud and dishonesty has reached such epidemic proportions that seemingly everyone is busy stealing from anyone, even from their own kind. It's already nearing the end of February, but every second businessman is moaning that he can not supply stocks because people who took goods in November last didn't pay yet, but they enjoyed a luxurious 5 star holiday in Dubai. If retrenchment is a disappointment, crippling a struggling honest businessman is a double disaster because not only his independence is lost, but his progress and productivity in the economy too. But who cares anyway!!

In fact, there are so many thieves nowadays and so little victims left that the thieves are beginning to eat each other up! Let's see just how commonplace stealing has become:

1)One of the more shocking examples of dishonesty is heirs depriving their own siblings of their legitimate share, and the deceased who also treated his family unfairly by favouring one over the other;

2) Governments are stealing from it's citizens by means of unjust taxation, and the citizenry and business is doing likewise by means of tax evasion, vat and fraudulent returns;

3) Employers routinely steal from their employees by means of unlawful deductions and paltry wages, and employees do the same by stealing time, through petty theft and unfaithfulness;

4) Car dealers turn back the odometer and give bribes to car dealerships for providing them with trade-ins, and consumers hide crucial faults in a vehicle when putting them up for sale;

5) Manufacturers decrease the weight of items and reduce their quality and still demand the same price, and retailers never pass on the benefit of cost-cutting measures to the consumer;

6) Zakaat and charitable institutions defraud their donors by using a great percentage of the money for personal needs, and givers cheat Allah by giving less, or by giving dubiously earned money;

7) Contractors steal from their contracting companies by submitting ghost invoices, and parent companies often dishonour their contracts, don't pay at all, or pay way less than originally agreed;

8) Landlords often charge exorbitant rentals, and do not repair their properties for their tenant's comfort, but tenants too illegally sublet, destroy the property, evacuate without notice and dodge their rental payments;

9) Auditors, accountants and lawyers routinely lie and burn the evidence in order to keep dishonest clients on their books, and clients use their status and crooked earnings to patronise them and continue in their fraud;

10) Mechanics, carpenters, plumbers and electricians always find unnecessary items to repair and steal new parts, whilst clients nearly always never pay them their due or delay them for years on end;

11) Medical aids regularly increase their premiums, and clients abuse the fund by purchasing cosmetics or for trivial medical conditions like a knee scrape or a gassy stomach;

12) Doctors conduct dozens of unnecessary tests and run up a bill of thousands before telling the patient they can't find the cause of his sickness, and clients often do not settle their bills and are handed over to collection agencies;

13) Transport and logistic companies often overburden their drivers with many stops, and delivery vehicles often offload extra stock at discounted prices during the night;

14) Municipalities are stealing from consumers by over billing, and consumers are doing likewise by means of illegal connections;

15) Banks, financial institutions, investment schemes, and retirement funds seems to be taking the lead in mishandling and losing the funds in their care, leaving many saddened hopefuls who thought they could retire in peace and who also couldn't guarantee their funds was 100% legitimate;

16) Then you have religious fraud by people who claim there are 200 zakaatable students in their Madrassah, whereas there is only five, but it suits the donor fine as he can launder his undeclared wealth via their books;

17) Building contractors always mislead their clients on pricing and building material quality, and their clients always give them ridiculous deadlines and penalty clauses;

18) By far, the favourite Muslim scams happen at the time of Hajj and Qurbani, but clients also look for impossible deals due to selfishness.

There is hardly any facet in our life that is not riddled with corruption, and many more examples can thus be cited. But many cases of theft are one-sided too. You have online shopping scams with no fault of the customer at all, small industries, home industries, and catering firms who are not paid for months because they cannot afford the legal route.

O Ummah, have we forgotten that Allah Ta'ala is Well Aware of whatever we do. None can escape His Grasp. One day we will be made to stand, trembling and perspiring, before Allah, and we will repay our debts in a ghastly fashion. Flesh nourished with ill-gotten wealth is not fit for paradise, so you will pay with burning flesh, anguished tears, oozing wounds. This is a friendly timeous warning; if you are reading this message and you have dues on your head, repent immediately and settle your dues.

MAY ALLAH TA'ALA GRANT US ALL THE ABILITY TO REPENT, SETTLE OUR A FFAIRS, AND MEET ALLAH WITH A CLEAN SLATE ON THE DAY OF QIYAAMAH. AMEEN.
